A trade discount is offered to design professionals including
architects, interior designers, builders and corporate buyers on all
products purchased through Art Lighting Gallery. You must be a
member to qualify for this discount. These discounts vary depending
on the size of the order and whether the purchase is for a stocked
or custom item. Your customer service representative can discuss
these discounts with you.
Quarterly
Newsletter – You will receive our quarterly newsletter featuring
stories on builders, architects and designers who are successfully
and innovatively incorporating artisan-designed lighting into their
designs and buildings. We will feature projects, designs,
informative “how to’s” and new products.
Potential Publicity for Your
High-Profile Projects – Art Lighting Gallery’s publicist reviews
the more unique projects commissioned to Art Lighting Gallery,
enabling her to leverage publicity and editorial opportunities. If
your project is chosen for publicity purposes, it will be
highlighted not only on our website and in our quarterly newsletter,
but also potentially in relevant, national industry/trades
publications and newsletters.
Six-Point Customer Satisfaction
Program -- Attentive service and customer satisfaction are key
to the continuing success of Art Lighting Gallery. We employ a team
of professionals educated in lighting design who genuinely
understand the buyers’ needs. Our 6-point customer satisfaction

assign you a representative who becomes familiar with your
project, your desired outcome and your budget, and recommend one
or more artisans/manufacturers and specific works based on their
assessment of these criteria.

provided for custom products that details the work and provides
you, as a trade member, a net discount.

receive regular updates as to the status of your project via
email, or, if you prefer, a personal phone call.

project is completed, a professional artisan will inspect your
commissioned piece for flaws and compare it against the original
specifications to ensure its accuracy.

be shipped in a carefully, appropriately packed box to ensure that
it is flawless when you receive it.

lighting is received, your representative will contact you to
ensure that it meets your expectations and answer any questions
you may have about the care and installation of your purchase.
